Great transaction! Needed tires for my trailer had 2 flats and another damaged wheel , I had nonway to pick them up he delivered to me after hours to help me out, I can not stress enough on how professional and greatly priced he is!!

They saved my beacon when my tire blew out, found me a replacement and stayed late to install so I could get back to my family. very greatful.

Unprofessional communication. Took hours to respond initially, then days between messages. Scheduling kept changing, and after multiple confirmations, I was told the tires were suddenly sold out. If inventory or availability isn’t firm, that should be communicated earlier. We all have work and have busy lives, but communication would be appreciated. However, great person and team, had one set of tires for great pricing, although need new ones after a year and 10k miles. Recent interaction not the greatest.

They do an excellent job undercoating your vehicle! Why only 1 star instead of 5? Because I work M-F until 5 O'clock like most people and Grace Huron is closed all weekend.....not even open of a Saturday and I can't afford to take time off from work to have this done.....must be nice to have a business where you can sneer at a loyal customers business and put your personal life ahead of customers

What an amazing experience. I've never had a garage.Be so nice personal honest trustworthy. After what ray Manning salvage and sales put me through these people at grace Heron are in my opinion are PhD for the work that they do on autos .Grac is so pleasant and Dave is so experienced he explains needed. O R. Not needed. Repairs. I am so thankful for Town fair tire for the recommendation.
